I can't share the fudge brownie recipe on this blog, but more than happy to share the Prawn and Salad rice roll things...I just grab these from the Asian section...
And after following the directions on the back to soften, I fill with carrot, lettuce, and prawns, but really, you can use anything you want (chicken, salmon, or just salad). I usually also squirt a little japanese mayo in there too. Then I just wrap up as per the instructions on the back and use soy sauce or sweet chilli for dipping. So easy, versatile and yummy
You can deep fry them, but obviously they're better for you if you don't
