I like the bikini goal- how brave! Mine would have to be a bit tamer, since any weight I carry is in my belly, so it will always be the biggest part of me. oh yeah and I have horrific stretchmarks and a nice c/s scar Maybe my goal is to wear a one piece bathing suit that doesn't have to 'hold me in' just to give me shape!

Yummmmm....ice cream! I am working on recipes for lots of sugar free, low gi, yummy sweet things...so far I have made amazing chocolate fudge brownie balls and anzac cookie dough balls...very delicious! If I come up with an awesome ice cream recipe, I will let you know!

I've written out a weekly plan and day 2 and I've stuck to it. It really has taken me to not feeling comfortable in my own skin and not being able to wear what I want to wear as well.

Force be with! See you on the other side

To add to that - I also made a list of jobs each day to drag me away from my 'real housewives' addiction.... *hides in shame*
I had a very wine loaded weekend...felt very yuck yesterday...

That's a good idea to write a list of jobs...I think I might need one to keep myself on track. I am very guilty of switching on Bones and eating out of habit, so I would like to keep myself as busy as possible...

Not yet, but I should! Perhaps I should lash out on a Victoria's Secret one...or maybe I am getting wayyyyyyyy ahead of myself if I am imagining myself in one!!!

I don't have a c-sec scar, but I have 4 scars from surgery...it's really scary for those to be on display as such...I am very self conscious of them. You never know though...maybe after 8 weeks of Zumba-ing you will be looking über hot and won't want to get out of the bikini!
