My sister gave me a foot massage with focus on pressure points the night before. Went into labour early that morning. Worked for both of them

I had reflexology done the morning before I went into labour....I'm pretty sure it helped but it might have been coincidence?

39 weeks pregnant with dd and I was over it.I kept putting off doing the groceries because my then 19 month old was not a fan of sitting in the trolley but I went at about 6.30 stressed out the whole time as she demanded to walk the whole time so my 8 year old and I chased her for a good part of an hour.got home fed kids packed bags for daycare/school the next day and went to bed.
Waters broke 6am the next morning had her at 1pm.
So take kids grocery shopping yours or someone else's(you can take mine the stress from it should kick start things lol)

Default Things that YOU did to make YOU go into labour :D

I went for a Massive Walk up hills. I had been walking for days prior but down the hills. I walked around our estate twice and up the hills. I got a lot of pressure in my pelvis while walking. I went walking at 6pm and went into labour at 10.40pm the same night. I was 39+1.

I made chocolate fudge. Murphy's law came in to play: A pot of boiling sugar on the stove is not a convenient time to have your waters break. Contractions started slowly about 2 hours later.

Default Things that YOU did to make YOU go into labour :D

Having friends over and having inappropriate conversations sent me into labour... We were talking about all sorts of stuff and I was in hysterics all night. They left at midnight, I literally walked in to go to the toilet and felt the familiar pop of my waters. Df messaged our friends and they wanted to come back, we talked them out of it. He was born 4.5 hours later

Before ds2 and ds3 I did clary sage oil 2 days before and believe that helped. I bathed, burnt and rubbed it straight into my tummy all at the same time.

I didn't use a pump but I hand expressed from 37 weeks onward. Not suuuuuure if it did anything but bub came 2 days before his due date so I was quite happy with that lol.
