    Default Wrap-me-up with a grobag?

DS is 10 weeks and sleeps really well in his Wrap-me-up. He still has a strong startle reflex that wakes him when he's not in it, but he's also kicking his blankets off in his bassinet. I found him this morning with one side of his body uncovered and the blanket completely over his face - not nice!

So I'm wondering whether anyone has successfully combined a Wrap-me-up with a Grobag? Do the "wings" stop the Grobag sliding up over their face?

I personally wouldn't do that as the wings would not go through the arm holes far enough to keep it down and bubs could slide down inside the growbag. I would add extra layers under the wrap me up instead.

My little girl slept in her wrap me up and a grow bag for months, no problem.
Those wrap me ups are the best invention ever.

I thought you should use one or the other not both? Extra layers/clothes underneath...

DD slept in a wrap me up & a grobag - it was the middle of winter and I could not get enough layers on her any other way. I found the grobag the best cause it has a button to do up under the arms so the "wings" would go through the arm hole while it was open and then when I did it up it was quite tight on her arms so it wouldn't ride up. Hope that makes sense.

    Default Wrap-me-up with a grobag?

We combined both from March through to September, until she started to roll on her tummy. Then we transitioned to just a grobag. Never had a problem with arms and wings slipping through loosely or being too tight.

    Default Wrap-me-up with a grobag?

We use either wings or wrap me up under a sleeping bag. It has never ridden up near her face at all. We moved to that as I had heard the wrap me ups held their legs too straight and was risky for hip development. We had to get an ultrasound at 8 weeks or so as they clicked. When I use the wrap me up under the sleeping bag I undo the zipper up to chest so it's only holding arms.
