Default 27 year olds trying for bub no.1 hi!! :)

Can anyone help me I'm just worried that I might not know I'm UTD and I currently teach 3 classes at a gym, 2 classes are fairly full on but I can take the lower options, and I also do a bit of running (although haven't ran for a couple of weeks as the week before last I was sick with a cold) just wondering do if any one has been told anything in particular about exercising. We learnt a little bit in my course only that if you are exercising before hand it's ok to continue and heart rate should stay under 140 beats per min, that will be the hard part?
So just wondering about any personal experiences with not knowing your pregnant and exercising?

    Hi All,
How were the weekends? Mine was great I wanted to chill at home for Friday night and Saturday as didn't want to be around people and then Sunday DH and I went looking for fresh fruit & veg at the markets also went lounge and tv shopping then had a nanny nap as couldn't keep my eyes open and then we went to dinner and movies with our good friends (who are 6 months pregnant)
I am on day 33 of my cycle - I am having quite a bit of not such cramping but tingling feeling like pins and needles and also can't keep my eyes open all day but am wide awake at 5am - wierd - think I might wait until wednesday to see if AF comes as I think I am getting my hopes up but really think it's happened this month but who knows !!!!!

Thanks Shell T for the comforting

Wantsabubba - A break could be exactly what you need. Agree with Eureka get the girls over and just have some fun and not think about anything

Welcome back bubbles - how are you going?

for me and the rest of you that are coming up to AF arriving

Hi ladies, thought I might as well join the group since I'm 27 & definitely trying for #1! Hubby & I got married in May, he has 2 boys had a vasectomy reversal in Feb.

Tests done early June showed he's definitely producing those little swimmers, although the numbers are a bit low. I had a hugely stressful time with work around June/July - so given that background, we've been trying properly for 3 months.

The specialist said we've got roughly 70% chance of falling pregnant within a year of the surgery - I thought that October was it, but unfortunately AF showed up on cd33 (normally 29 day cycle). But, I did just start temping & using opk's, so it's been good to see this cycle that the stats backed up my senses about when I was ovulating

Good luck if you're testing soon!

Hi Neo I am really not sure with the exercising I would check with an expert. I mainly do walking, make sure I have plenty of fluids & don't push myself to hard. Is it possible to sit them out & let the kids do all the work? When are you testing fingers crossed for BFP
