Hi ladies just wondering if any of you have a similar chart to mine.... And is this the sort of temp rise that looks like ovulation? Slightly confused lol

19 definitely looks like it was - but potentially even 21 or 22! My temps seem to do this, I'll have a dip, then spike, but then not show a definite thermal shift until a couple of days afterwards!

If I can link it right, here's a pic of my current chart - I've recorded a fairly high temp this morning after low ones the last few days, but I know I'm not due to O until around Friday, so I expect it to drop down again tomorrow and see the thermal shift early next week.

Aquarius I would have said day 19 also. But just keep charting so you're used to what your charts look like.

Well ladies I booked in with my specialist to start the IVF process. :-(
So unhappy today. I was hoping it wouldn't come to this...
Maybe I'll get some chocolate on the way home from my run!! :-) :-)

    Hi there,
I just came across this post & couldn't leave without commenting!
I would not touch Dr Haider Najjar, he was the biggest waste of our time & money. We have since left MIVF & are currently seeing Lynn at Monash. I got more out of Lynn in 30 mins then 6 months with Najjar. Whenever I mention his name to other medical services & our experience, they say they hear the same stuff about him all the time. He guaranteed me pregnancy, he blamed it all on my DH & said we had a 1% natural chance. I told him about me & he said there was nothing wrong, I was completely healthy & ready. After seeing Lynn, she disagreed & said DH results were not that bad & we should be able to achieve a natural pregnancy. However because we hadn't, she wanted to look into me further & also based on my period info I gave her.. Sure enough after a lap I've been diagnosed with endo & PCO... How could he have let us waist all our money then overdose me on gonal f & waist so many eggs without know the situation he was dealing with.
Good luck just had to put my honest opinion out there!

Also just out of interest what area are you from? I'm in South East Melbourne - Narre Warren South & my Dr's were so uneducated on IVF they recommended MIVF, after extensive research Monash have higher pregnancy ratings!
Sorry just really don't want you to go through what we've been through over the past 12 months.
Feel free to ask me any questions!
