Default 27 year olds trying for bub no.1 hi!! :)

I third that!! I'd love to have a couple of drinks - 'tis the season after all. I wish we all could catch up - TTC meeting AA style - would be great to have a support group, at least we have BH.

Bubbles I'm so sorry to hear about your loss and the way you found out. Facebook is a wonderful communication tool but there is certainly a time & place for it and that announcement was not FB appropriate.

How is everyone feeling today? I'm a bit brighter today.. 1 day closer to holidays! I went to the gym this morning and noticed my boobs where a little sore but I think I'm just trying to read into it was probably just jumping around too much!

Hope everyone is having a better day

    Xx

Sorry to hear about your loss bubbles

As for those pesky pimples - if I've had an outbreak, I generally up my intake of zinc - which helps to heal faster. Also, silica is an amazing supplement for helping to keep your skin clear. I used to be on medication as a teen for my pimples, but I find the silica works even better.

On the outside, apply a cold compress (never ice directly on the skin) to help reduce inflammation. Straight Tea Tree Oil can be applied with a cotton bud to kill the bacteria. Even though you may feel your skin is too oily, make sure you keep it moisturised, since once they start clearing up you want to avoid those yucky dry scabs which you just can't resist scratching at!

If I've had a breakout, I usually also apply about 5 drops of Bio - Oil over my whole face. It keeps it supple and helps to heal everything up quicker. Just make sure you've applied the Tea Tree oil directly first to avoid spreading the bacteria to other areas (wait for it to dry - and be warned - it stings!), then the Bio - Oil before you go to bed.

AFM, my mum rang me last week saying "you're pregnant". I said "no but I'm about to ovulate".

    I agree!!

cd18 for me today and I still haven't had my thermal shift to confirm I've O'ed this cycle! I thought O was coming early, then got some pretty good signs, but no temp change - so now I'm just thinking wtf?

I really hope it's not a late O (or no O at all) which will put my testing date well into the new year and give me the guilts over Xmas & NYE for wanting to have a few drinks
