Have any of you ladies ever visited a fertility specialist? I was just wondering how long it takes after getting a referral from your doc to actually getting an appointment to see them.

Our 12 month waiting period with our PHI for pregnancy & fertility assistance ends late February, but I thought it might be worth seeing the doc beforehand in case we have to wait a while to get in to see the specialist.

Arlais I've been seeing an Ob/Gyn for about 8 months. The wait was going to be 3 months before I could see him, so I put myself on the cancellation list and got in heaps earlier. I would've driven myself insane by now if it wasn't for Dr S!

    We'll all get there Gee

Thanks for the info Shell - we're moving house in a few days time, so I think once we're settled I'll visit my doc for a referral. Babymaking may be a little awkward living with my parents whilst we're building our new home!

Only CD5 for me today - AF is now departing. This part of the cycle is so boring - no testing, no symptoms, just waiting
