Pretty much as soon as anything involves the ex or his son this chick wants to talk to him. I told him not to and he said he won't. She has his work email and i can't help but think she is emailing him.

Default 27 year olds trying for bub no.1 hi!! :)

    Sorry have to vent!!!
Well I went to the loo after tea and had some blood on the paper, but had weird symptoms AF like backpain and cramps but not as bad, but the strange thing is there is a pain that is more like a pressure type feeling in my lower abdomen, getting dizzy, nauseous getting itchy bbs and legs when in bed and getting out of breath so easy, which is not normal as I teach 2 combat classes and I struggle doing the low options and want to throw up afterwards and I also run a bit which has the same problem. Now I get AF 3 days early and in the evening when I normally wake up get it in the morning when I had a faint bfp this afternoon?
    WTF is going on?

Does anyone take evening primrose oil? I have heard it's good for fertility and also for AF symptoms as well, was thinking of getting some today, figured if its true can't hurt!

I totally agree, Waiting for AF to reset us back to Day One is like that song "Waiting is the hardest part" I would love to know what date it would be and you can count down,I hate that crampy feeling and wetness that makes you run to the loo and toilet paper is blank again!
Hurry up AF and put me out of my(and in to other kind of) Misery.

Thanks for the Welcome Smash and Shell T
    and to all the girls!

Edit: My doc recommend Blackmores with Iodine
I was just taking a Cheap Folate tablet when I saw my doc for info on TTC after implanon removal. I changed to Blackmores Pregnancy I-Folic (Folate 500ug and Iodine 150ug)
If / When I get Pregnant I'm switching to Blackmores Pregnancy Gold

Wantsabubba, you're seeing a specialist at the beginning of next year aren't you? Are your cycles regular?
I had really long cycles. When I first saw my GP, she sent me for some initial bloods. Everything looked good to she said to keep trying for 6 months and if no BFP, go back to see her. She actually gave me a referral to see a specialist (we'd been TTC for 9 months but she put 12 months on our referral). They put me on Clomid to try to regulate my cycles. I did 5 cycles with temp charting on Clomid but my cycles were still alot longer than 'normal'. I started Gonal-F injections in June or July. We've just done our 3rd injection and IUI (interuterine insemination) cycle and are scheduled for another test, then appointment with the FS at the end of this month as he thinks we might be best to move onto IVF. So we'll just have to see what happens.

Bubbles, I'm taking Elevit. Hubby was on Menevit for awhile but I got sick of nagging him to take them everyday and in one of my "I'm so over this whole TTC thing" meltdowns, I threw them away.

Neo, there are a few herbs/supplements that are said to help fertility and regulate cycles. I highly recommend going into a Health Shop and chatting to them. I was talking to a lady in one just a week ago and she was a great help. She suggested a couple of things. I'm pretty sure it was primrose oil she said was fantastic but also said you have to take atleast double the amount of fish oil at the same time. She was telling me which days of your cycle you should start which supplements. I didn't end up getting any, but it was really great to get some info.
