Default Miscarriage - bleeding, clotting & pain

I found out last friday that I miscarried at nearly 6 weeks. Mon night I had a lot of pain, bleeding & large clots. Its been on & off since but then from thurs night on, every night I've been getting it all over again. I don't know whether to go to hospital or not. I don't want another d&c but I want it all to stop. The pain, the emotional side. I can't move on until it does.

My doctor is doing bloods to ensure my hcg levels are going down. Did 1 today, go back mon for another then to see him tues night.

Default Miscarriage - bleeding, clotting & pain

I would go to hospital and get a scan. I just had a mc at 6.5 weeks and had the pain bleeding and clots. I thought it was all over but scan showed retained products, getting D&C that day was the best thing I did as when I got home it was all over and bleeding stopped and healing emotionally and physically started. Get it looked at as you can't see what's going on in there.

I would recommend hospital. I had the same thing, ignored it, and ended up in hospital having a D&C due to retained tissue that was becoming infected. I was really really ill.

    Please don't ignore it.

I am very sorry for your loss.
