Default Mixed feeding for 1yr old

My dd will be 1 tomorrow and I am currently mix feeding mainly at night as its the only way she will go to sleep I want to continue breast feeding, but unsure of weather to give her cows milk or the toddler formula as the alternative to formula.

Default Mixed feeding for 1yr old

I breastfed till 16.5montgs and then just gave dd goats milk. It's the closest to breast milk and better for them then cows, soy, rice etc. (said on a blanket spectrum) but it is pricey.

We avoided cows because the odd time we tried it, it caused severe nappy rash and my ds had severe tummy aches. Not lactose intolerant.

I just moved on to cows milk - breast fed till 15/16 months with all 3. Introduced cows milk in a cup after 1yr - just gradually to make sure there were no issues.
