Default When did you pack your hospital bags?

    Is it ever too early?

Also, what did you find you wore most while in hosp?

With my first i had a bag packed for ages before i went into labour. With my second i think i waited until 40 weeks before i bothered.
In hospital i just wore stretchy yoga pants and t-shirts/singlets.

I started lazily packing my bags at around 36 weeks, but I kept needing things that I'd packed, so I didn't really get very far lol. I just wrote a list of everything I'd need so when the time came I could just check everything off. I took one bag for me and one bag for DD.

I mostly wore pyjama pants / trackies and my maternity tops. Comfy

Me too. The hospital is only 15 mins away, so I figured that if I'd forgotten something, DH could go home and get it for me. Try not to overthink it, it's just like going away for the weekend.

I packed mine at 36wks after finding out at 34+4 weeks that I may be induced at 36+4.

    I live 2.5hrs from hospy.

No induction () so I have all my bags, pram, bassinet etc all in the boot of the car.

Hunkamunka when are you due? I'm 36 weeks and was just starting to think about this. People have started asking whether I've packed yet too. I found some checklists for the bag. Pretty extensive. They say to bring nappies, daily changes of clothes for the baby etc. I thought the baby would be in some kind of hospital garment and I thought the hospital had nappies so I'm confused.

I packed BF singlets and pj pants and a few easy access to breast maxi dresses.
