I have long cycles too so maybe I can help. Both with my DD and this pregnancy I found most online due date calculators didn't work for me because of what you explained above. They are based on 28 day cycles. To get an accurate idea of how many weeks I was (without a dating scan) I used an online due date calculator that calculated your EDD from the date of conception rather than the date of LMP. This is more accurate when you have long cycles. there is one on the 'Countdown to Pregnancy' website.

Some of those online calculators you can put in your average cycle length, which gives it a better idea of when you likely o'd. I have 23-24 day cycles, and by putting that in, my EDD comes out exactly the same as my EDD based on when I o'd.

I was wondering if one of your dates is out. You said the other day you were 4w 5d and due on 30/7. Based on 4w 5d, you were 5 days behind me, but your EDD was 11 days after mine.

I don't really have the option of one here, there is the midwives or the normal doctor who I very poor at his job!!! There is one obgyn that works at the hospital but I think he is only there to deliver the babies! It's a rural town I'm a bit out the loop of how they do stuff!!
