I called the hospital to make appt and the midwife was saying I'm a high risk pregnancy because of having it?

Sorry loony I have no idea as I've never heard of hashimoto. I hope you get some answers though.

AFM I had a really rough day/night ended up getting a migraine, couldnt take my tablets, couldnt sleep due to the heat and the RAAF playing war games and continuously flying over my house. Eventually went to sleep at 830 (was trying since 230) still have a headache today but need to go to work as I have no sick leave On the up side 9 weeks today

I hope you feel better soon Toni. I get migraines and have no idea how I'll cope if I get one while pregnant. Guess I'll just have to deal with it.

AFM, my constant hunger has disappeared, and has been replaced with no appetite at all.

You are doing exactly what I would recommend; involving your OBGYN and Endocrinologist. They need to co-manage the pregnancy. This is not unusual, when the Mum has a specialist medical condition. Everyone needs to be in the loop, so the right management plans are made.

Hashimoto's is a condition where my thyroid is under active. As both my 2 sis have it I have been proactive in getting my levels checked regularly and I have seen them rise still in the normal range but high end of normal. I pushed gyno for referal & Endo just tried me on thyroxine 50mg for 6weeks and I got my BFP 😃. I have tried not to google it as I don't need anymore stress but I do know it can make me miscarriage, have a still born or have LO with brain problems if not managed properly. So it's a bit scary but in saying that my 2 sis have happy & healthy boys. both boys are meeting all development milestones for age. One of my sis is about to pop any day now aswell.

We haven't told anyone (IRL) about this pregnancy yet as I want to make sure everything is ok and it's a sticky one this time.
