Toni - so sorry about your friend that would be truly devastating. With the constipation/runs are you takin extra fibre? J may know more but sometimes the runs can be the excess because your body isn't clearing a blockage? Otherwise it may just be our good old friend progesterone.

AFM after waiting over an hour yest we had our scan. The lady before us had complications and I felt very sorry for her. Apparently the baby did not cooperate and they were quite stressed when they came out. My Dh was not happy as he was so late but I kept thinking if something was not right i would want the dr to spend extra time with us. It was so beautiful seeing our bubba. Loved every second.
Bub is looking healthy and happy and very active. Did not stop wriggling the whole time.

We are off to tell family and friends this weekend so excited

    :-)
Hiya Sage, I'm ok today, was up at 3.30am eating fruit as apparently thats what I felt like haha. Am not taking extra fibre, I eat cereal for breakfast, toast or english muffins for lunch and try meat and veg for tea with fruit through the day and some chocolate hehe.
Glad your scan went well, that must have been great

Sorry that your DH wont be there for your scan. I hate been home alone it always makes me very anxious. DP gets home the night before my next OB appointment so I am lucky there but he wont always be able to be home. As long as he is here for the birth I will cope.

It's great to hear that everyone is doing well

I had my scan today and everything looks good. Scan measures me at 6weeks not 6+4 based off my LMP but the lady said to stay with the same date at the moment until I see my OB for my first appoinment in a few weeks.

DH is also having to go overseas next week He has to go to Manilla for a week for work and flies out early Sunday morning. So once DSS goes to his mums on Monday night I'll be home alone...

Great news Dream Girl. I'm eagerly awaiting my first ob appointment. Bugga that DH is going away though.

5 weeks today, and the slightest inkling of ms. Nothing major, felt nauseous ran to toilet, but nothing came up.

I hope you are all doing well.

Dream girl that's great! I can't wait for mine in a week and a half (yes I am counting down the days)
I think it doesnt become real until you hear the heart beat!
It sucks to those husband who have to travel for work an stuff! My dh doesn't do any travelling as he is a chef which is actually the only plus side to his job! My husband works shift so you never know if he will have the night off or when he will start early! Really sucks!

How is everyone today? It's finally Friday!

Great news on all the scans!!! I'm so jealous I still have to wait another 2 1/2 weeks!!

Nasal bone present is a good thing, nasal bone missing can signify some conditions (can't remember which ones off hand, J is good for that!!

    J - hope u r feeling ok today?
