Ps. Just don't take a general multi-vitamin, as most contain Vit A, which must be avoided in pregnancy, due to risk of foetal blindness.

Default Graduates of TTC and not wanting to move!!!!

Thanks very much for the replies. I'm currently taking blackmores I folic which is folate and iodine, so I'll stick with that for now, until I find out if I'm deficient in anything.

I'll download that app and look at the food list on bub hub.

    J mind if I ask a question?

My blood test showed low ferretin and low iron at a level of 6. I was just told it's low and take iron, but I don't know how low that means? I only ask as the iron tablets have a bloating and constipated affect on me so wondering if it is just borderline low can I try raise it with foods? My haemaglobin was up to 119 so much better then it had been. I guess I want to know if I can get out of taking iron tablets? Lol.
    Thanks!

OMG Im sooooooo tired!!!! Everyday around lunch time Im ready to crawl underneath my desk and go to sleep!

Question for J - are Blackmores Travel Calm tablets ok to take while pregnant? I think they are just ginger? Im getting waves of nausea and its manageable at the moment but I know it will get worse. I have the Travel Calm tablets but not the Blackmores Morning Sickness ones yet, so just wondering if I can use them?

Default Graduates of TTC and not wanting to move!!!!

Every month we get a couple more due than the previous month. We should have at least 9 join us due in August.

Hopefully you're one of them Channy (or will you be due in July if this is your month?)
