    Hi all

I just started prenatal group exercise classes. It is awesome!

I was worried they would take it too easy on pregnant ladies but it is quite challenging and I worked out a good sweat.

Do you all do your pelvic floor exercises daily? I must say I am only doing them a few times a week, twice if lucky.

    Cute statue ToniS!

Hope your morning sickness goes soon Eko!

Lili81 Glad to hear the prenatal exercise classes are challenging. I love the gym and go 4 times a week. Not looking forward to giving it up (and wont for quite while, just take it a bit easier)but was thinking of doing signing up for some of these classes.

Lili81 I do the pelvic floor exercises every day. I am so paranoid because it's my second pregnancy I want to keep the muscles as strong as possible.

*chuckle* Thanks ladies, I use Rennies at the moment but I don't like to rely on them too much. I chewed through boxes and boxes of them when I was pregnant with DS and I kind of can't stand the chalky taste anymore!
We want to know whether it's pink or blue dammit! Lol.
