I had this problem last week. The Pharmacist told me to use a saline spray called fess (from memory). It's safe to use while pregnant.

A nasal decongestant spray such as Otrivin is fine in pregnancy. I used it alot during my first pregnancy.

Grrr! This is what I was told not to use. Otrivin works much better than saline spray.
