Default What does your 14 month old eat?

Oh my... I've just say down and thought about what my 14 month old has eaten today... Here goes:

    2x bottles (avg. 210ml)
    1x Weet bix w. yoghurt
    2x Cruskits 2
    1x slice bread w. vegemite
    1/2 arrowroot biscuit
    Small handful of Dried apricots
    4x Straw berries
    7x Grapes
    3x small cubes Watermelon
    Cheese stick
    Plus water

And will eat dinner (meat and vege and yoghurt) and another bottle...

SO... What does your 14 month old eat (this is maybe a tad more than an average day but not much)... She isn't a big bub either... (About 10kg).

Her 2.5yo sister had had, 2x weetbix w. yoghurt, cheese stick, bite of sandwich, cruskit, watermelon and 2 grapes and 2 cups milk, that's a below average day for her, just!

    LOL

    wow, that's alot!

Mine will eat a similar amount. I think she is fueling up for a growth spurt after a few months of not eating much due to ear infections. She is also 10kg.

Default What does your 14 month old eat?

LOL... She had always been a fantastic eater, unlike her older fussy sister! I just laugh that she eats more than her sister!!!

Also she's just started walking competently, so I have no idea how I'm going to keep the food up to her, LOL!

Default What does your 14 month old eat?

DD is just 12 months and she had a week eating the quantities you describe. She has cut back a little now so I guess maybe a growth spurt. She is 10kg so 50th percentile for weight and 75th percentile for height.

Default What does your 14 month old eat?

My 14mnth old doesn't eat anywhere near that she drinks heaps of milk still she will not budge on that and before 12pm she just won't eat. Maybe a banana if your lucky.

She does have a good dinner I guess like tonight she had salmon, roast potatoes and stewed pear. She ate all of it to.

She ll nibble through out the day.
    Yoghurt
    Cheese
    Toast
    Fruit
    Mini rice cakes
    Biscotti maybe

She'd eat olives hot chips and yoghurt all day if I let her it's such hard work.

I feel like I am starving her but she throws most things literally!

DS is 12 months and about 12kgs, he would easily eat that in a day in not more. He is currently obsessed with blueberries and is eating a pack a day!

Default What does your 14 month old eat?

Can I ask (if you don't mind OP), does anyone cut their food up before feeding their 14month olds? I'm meaning things like sandwiches etc?

Im a bit nervous about just handing DD a sandwich, banana etc and will always make it bite sizes before hand.
