    Default Dry skin rash

My dd has had a rash for over a week and was hoping for ideas on what it might be and how to treat.
*It feels like rough dry skin
*Red splotchy patches which worsen after bath
*Mostly across her back and bottom, some on the legs
*She doesn't seem bothered by them at all

Have tried using dermaveen and regular tea tree oil baths have not helped.
Thanks for any advice you can give me!
