J - if you're lurking I have a ques for you..... for the past 2-3 days Ive been having this INCREDIBLY sore/sensitive skin on my left side on top of my ribs, running below my breast around my side to my back. It is so sore that even my clothes brushing against is is AGONY. Its a distinct band running around me on one side (the other side is a little sore in the same place but not as bad). No rash though.... At first I thought maybe it could have been a side effect of the Puregon but I havent had it for nearly 3 days now and I didnt have this last cycle. One of my friends said it could be shingles, should I get it checked out or just tough it out????

    TIA

If it is that intense, and you feel unwell...it's worth a trip to the ED to exclude appendicitis, or ovarian cyst torsion. Just to be on safe side.

My first thought was shingles too, waitinghoping.

I would get it checked out as if it is, you can get ABs for it, but only if you get there in time!

Go to the Chemist and get some Zyrtec...that may help. If not, see your GP on Monday as you may need a course of steroids (if it's not a vesicular rash). Have you ever had a cold sore/shingles before? It's generally unpleasant but not dangerous, and treatable these days with drugs such as acyclovir, etc. For a non-specific rash, in addition to the Zyrtec, try some Calamine lotion.

Glad you are feeling better Shelby

Waitinghoping I hope you feel better.

AFM today was a bit interesting purchased HPT ready for tuesday. Then went to visit family friends and was told I am "glowing" was a bit surprising especially as I haven't done the test yet.

Let's hope you "graduate" Tuesday morning. How many DPO will that be?

It will be 19dpo on Tuesday so certainly long enough for an accurate result.
