    J is it true that if you count 14 days back from the start of af then thats the day you would've o'd?

    Not necessarily. My AF was always due 12 - 13 days after o. Everyone is different. Not everyone has a perfect 28 day cycle, and luteal phases vary from woman to woman.

    For most women (not those with luteal phase defects), then yes, this is the case.
    The luteal phase is much more constant than the follicular (first) phase, which is why we vary in our cycle lengths.
