    hi ladies,
Just thought I would give u a progress report.
So I am 6 weeks 2 days today. I have had no bleeding and the 'AF type' cramps stopped about 10 days ago.
My HCG at 4+2 was 538 and 5+2 was 4880 - so a 52 hour doubling rate which I was a bit concerned about as I thought it might need to be under 48 hours but my obgyn at the fertility clinic was very happy with the 'strong' results in his words.
Anyway - my biggest concern was that my progesterone had dropped from 56 at 4+2 to 39 at 5+2. Doc put me on progesterone pessaries and asked me to have a repeat hcg and progesterone test in one week (which was today) so i had the blood test and will get the results tomorrow. I freaked out but he said low progesterone can be quite normal but the pessaries cant hurt so i might as well use them.
My symptoms are: tender boobs, those weird pimple looking things around my nipples and larger nipples, and queeziness / low grade nausea which comes and goes not all the time. No vomitting.
My dating scan is at 7+2 which will be the 24th (6 days time). I wish I could be excited but until I see that heart beat I am very worried. Time is definitely dragging.

    Good luck tomorrow Bond Girl!
Channy I'm so sorry AF arrived, hope you're being kind to yourself
Button it sounds like your doc is happy with your progress, I hope the time between now and your dating scan flies for you

So is this ttc journey making anyone else superstitious, or am I slightly crazy...
i haven't bought any baby stuff, not even a pregnancy book, because I feel like I'll jinx myself.
I felt weird about going to a baby expo a few days ago, then today I found out I won the door prize - a big stack of baby toys!
    Feeling a bit anxious!

Button hp ur dating scan goes well!

Calico at maybe its a sign that ur soon to get BFP!

So was just emailing my best friend who moves back to Australia in December with her fiancé and told her I got AF, she said maybe the universe is making me wait so we can get pregnant at the sane time when she gets back, that made me happy she's so cute!

    Calicocat I'm the same!!!

Except I bought a ring sling for work, but with the intent of using it when I have my own, and felt bad enough doing that!

I now have 3 slings and an ergo, for work...

I won a taggy blanket and some bibs, but they're hiding in the spare room so I don't see them.

    I'm superstitious, yes.

I'm the same. I won't buy anything until I'm actually pregnant. But I did get given a bag of stuff from baby bunting when I went there to buy a baby shower gift. That's hidden in our spare room.

Oh I'm glad I'm not the only one rainbow and Lil Smurfy!
Good idea though, if I just hide it all in the spare room it technically doesn't exist...
Actually, my sister is due in December and has been doing it a bit tough so reckon she'd be grateful to get a couple of things.
Good luck tormy, fx you've ovulated!
Cd27 for me, I'm not testing, can't do it!
Last cycle was 32 days so I'll hold out til at least then.
