    You don't need a pattern for this. just draw an oversized version of the shape you want, cut it out, fold some fabric in half, pin, trace and cut out, then sew. Viola. I made a Smurf hat that way using instructions from the net described exactly like that

    Saw this in Facebook today. Basically cut the bottom off an apple, stick a carrot on it, attach heaps of toothpicks and put cut up fruit on the toothpicks
