Do a calmbirth course and find out if there is a local parent and babies unit (mother and baby unit) close by. Both things I have found invaluable. I had a drug-free birth and am still bf my 11 month old, both things I totally credit to the course and to being able to access a lactation consultant at the parent and baby unit.

Good luck with your preg and I hope it's very boring and uneventful for you
