    Bloody Male wasn't paying attention!

We were on sand dunes, something fell off the dash to his feet just sas I was approaching a largeish dune with a bit of a flat rise/ step at the base.. the kind where you know there will be a bump when you hit it.. he bent over just as I said don't do that yet, his nose hit the grab bar at the same time the car hit the bump part. That was 10 mins after air down.

5 hours later just about to leave the dunes, going over some smaller bumps and managed to get air on one of them.. I didn't know he had previously (like recently dislocated the shoulder, not really healed yet. Anyway on landing from the air the shock went up the grab bar and popped it out again.

You shouldn't use baby wipes they will clog to your toilet. That's what flushable wipes are for.

Ewwwww! I recommend some (more) fibre in your diet!

I don't stand until its all over and ready to flush.... I don't see how standing to wipe can possible be effective!

The foecal matter that is spread to your urinary tract would likely cause a bacterial infection. I pretty much always get thrush after a course of antibiotics, so I guess it causes both.
