I made the easiest coco-pop christmas crackle puddings with DS last year. Same recipe as normal coco-pop crackles but then you put a spoonful of melted white chocolate on the top and then a red M&M. Soo simple and they looked really cute.

I have a few! I only got interested in new christmas recipes last year so have only tried them once but they were great!

This one is a glazed baked ham by Maggie Beer: http://aww.ninemsn.com.au/specialevents/christmas2011/8381614/maggie-beers-baked-ham-with-quince-glaze

This is a white chocolate Christmas slice: http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/22551/jos+white+christmas+slice

I'll upload some pics if I figure out how!

I love making a very simple chocolate ripple "Christmas log". It's always hot here during Christmas so we give the usual warm pud and custard a miss! I use a pckt of ripple biscuits sandwiched with whipped cream (with a touch of icing sugar) leave in the fridge for a day or two and serve with grated choc on top. If you are feeling naughty dip every 2nd or 3rd bikkie in Kahlua or baileys and add some sliced glacé cherries to the cream mix! So simple and everyone loves it!
