Default Going away for 2 nights & scared!!!!!

Hi don't know if this is in the right place, but I need advice.

DD is 8mths and is in a wedding this weekend that we have to travel to so we are staying away for 2 nights and I'm terrified she won't sleep!!

She never slept up until 7mths when a baby whisper came to help and I'm so happy with her current sleeping I'm reluctant to have her sleep anywhere but home, which I know is stupid!

She will be sleeping in a portacot and I was wondering about any "tricks" you all use when away to help her settle and sleep?!?!?!

As pp said do your usual night time routine, take her bedding and sleep toys if she has any. Think positive! she will pick up on your stress.
A friend of mine set up the porta cot at home and had her daughter sleep in it a few times to get her used to it. That might be an idea too.
    Have a lovely time away
