Glad I'm not the only one who is a little obsessed! I have done all of this too (except the scans, I have no idea about when you normally have them)
my chinese gender prediction was also a girl and my edd is 21st July (if I am even pregnant) hahaha[/QUOTE]

Dont worry missLA im the same! Trying to work out when i could tell pll if i was preg and what the due date would be lol and you inspired me to do gender calander and one site came up boy another girl and it said my DD is a boy so all for a bit of fun lol!!

Yip Gap Insureance. Looks like the car is valued a bit higher than we thought so might be slightly less out of pocket. DH is trying every conceivable angle to make sure we get the max payout.

Elle12- The 2 standard scans are the nuchal translucency scan at ~12-14 weeks (most people announce their pregnancy after this) and the morphology scan at ~18-20 weeks (you can find out gender at this one if you like). You may also get an early/dating scan around 8 weeks and others if required.

I can't believe it's November tomorrow already. I'm so tempted to test earlier than the early testing I've already planned! Am going to hold out till Sunday (10DPO) to use one of my FRER but will have to give my ICs a go before then. Was going to wait till at least Friday to start testing..... but my husband just agreed I may as start tomorrow! I really should hold out as if I get a negative I won't believe it anyway and if I get a positive it'll be really faint and I won't believe it either! According to the stats on the countdown to pregnancy website 20.8% of pregnant women saw some sort of positive on 7DPO. Will let you know if I have anything to report

Good to know. I might have to start some ic's from earlier than I anticipated too! I'm hanging to do it now but I know will be totally pointless!
Make sure you let us know how you go. Fx for everyone!

Noty: If u had home & contents insurance it should cover the garage - not that Im one to talk cause a house we were in flooded in the garage thru the pipes one winter and we got jack (a) cause we didn't have insurance (b) cause your not suppose to store boxes in garage in a rental... But I hope it all works out and good to hear the cars funds might be more than anticipated - specially close to xmas!

Elle/Mrs LA: It depends alot on yr doctor whether they even send you for a dating scan or one early at 6-8 wks than the first necessary ones. If you've had prior mc or have bad pain or unknown dates then they might throw in an early one. My confusion lies with when your suppose to book in your first OB appointment?
Happy 1st of November ladies & a heap of for us all .

PS: How cute were the kids trick or treating last night - I know some people are against it, but I love any excuse to decorate the house & dress up lol

Well, it's a BFN for me - I have been up all night with period pain

I was expecting it, though. Can't say I am as disappointed as I thought I would be. I have a child-free, dh-free trip with girlfriend's next week so I am super excited about that (and being able to have a few cocktails while I am away is a bonus!), plus I will still be home for when I will most likely o this month.

Going to the dr on Friday to get all my female bits checked and see if they are all in working order.

Good luck for everyone else this month - I hope you all get a better result than me!

Wow Noty!! Glad everyone was okay. How scary for you and your partner!

Sorry to hear about your bfn Schmetter, least you will be able to really enjoy your self next weekend. You maybe able to test again this month though and get that bfp!

CD12 for me, no signs of ovulation yet! I'm another who checks calendars for EDD's. If I fall this month, baby will be due around my partners birthday.
