    Default Favourite Fete things

I am organising a fete for our sporting club.

It will be smallish...but hopefully fun.

What are your (or your kids) favourite rides/food stalls?

We are thinking jumping castle, dunking booth, slushie station, ice cream van, bbq for sausage sandwiches.

Possibly a "guess how many lollies in the jar"... some sort of lucky dip?

    Show bags?

    Help please

I love a good trash n treasure. And somewhere to sit, like a coffee van/tea room with plenty of tables and chairs, and cake slices and things like that. Lots of people go to fetes to catch up with neighbours and friends, and so often there's nowhere to sit down.

Things like face and fingernail painting can be a good return if you have someone prepared to do it who has all the stuff. $1 a pop and it's practically money for nothing.

we thought about a trash and treasure....will see what donations we can gather

Had not thought of homemade sweets....adding it to the cake stall section

We have booked one of those mobile coffee trucks to come and have a reasonable area for people to sit...will prioritise it a bit more.

Am trying to find someone arty to do the face painting ...i am not a fan but I know others are lol

Had not considered an animal farm...will see what the budget allows for but that is a good idea...

My other question...do i charge the people for coming (like the coffee people and icecream van) or do i ask for a % of profits?
