    Default BJCE - bassinet attachment

I was just thinking about the bassinet attachment on my BJCE, and it occurred to me that you can't strap a baby into it. Is this normal for bassinet attachments on prams? I know a newborn doesn't move much, but do you just place them in there and go on your merry way?

My pram was the same....it did have the hooks to attach a 5pt harness so I bought one. I couldn't help but think what if the pram flipped?
