Put your name down on a few places now. I did but both places lost my name. Lucky I found a great place and hoping to hear I got in sometime soon.
    Good luck

It's a nightmare. We are on 6 lists but still no guarantee of a spot when I need to return to work in March

Are you serious? I signed my dd (15months) up for daycare yesterday. She starts next week, the two days I needed. Seems crazy that you have to put your bubs name down when you are PREGNANT?

It all depends where u live as to waiting lists. I went in when my son was 3 and asked to enroll him, we waited a few months and he was in :-)

It was run through the family day care scheme and although I was unaware of that policy at the time I'm hardly going to allow some stranger to care for my children just out of convenience
