Default Best baby carrier/ sling for overweight Mum

Can anyone recommend a good baby carrier or sling to suit an overweight Mum. I'm about a size 14/16 usually. Liked te look of the Ergo but now thinking it might not work for those with large hips. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

I'm an 18-20 and use/have used a bubbamoe sling, a wrap similar to hug a bub and a ring sling all with no trouble.

I'm an 18-20 and I use a Beco. My overweight DH uses a Manduca. There is a waist extension strap for the Ergo if you need it.

Default Best baby carrier/ sling for overweight Mum

Definitely agree that it is a good idea to try before you buy if you can, they all fit so differently. I'm a 16/18 and find my Boba 2G structured carrier to have nice wide waist band and very generous strap length. A stretchy or woven wrap or ring sling are good options as they are OSFA
