    Default I hate unit planning.

    Just putting it out there.

I KNOW it has a good purpose and good structure is essential to good teaching.... but it is soooo hard to focus when all I want to do is SLEEP, and so hard to find time with boys home on holidays. *yawn*

Lol. I actually like the paperwork!! Go figure. But I have a rule. No work on holidays. I used to plan, mark and make resources while on school holidays but in the last few years I made a rule to not work. I don't check my work emails either! I work long hours during the term and feel holidays are mine!!!
Good luck with getting it done. But remember to enjoy your holidays and family... Which is WAY more important.

Oh I hear you! I don't work Monday's- my prin takes my grade, so all of my term planning had to be finished and on my desk by the last day of term. So whilst I feel it's a weight off my shoulders- it was way too hectic trying to get it all done with the pressure!

I hate all the planning and stuff too, but life is so so much easier with it!
