Thumbs down oily nose and blackheads!

I have really dry skin all over- except for my nose its always oily and I either have lots of black heads or big pores.(little black dots all over it) lately I have been getting at least one pimple on it a week(I never get pimples) sometimes more-today I have 2!!
anyway, Im just wondering how I can clear it up? I am not on the pill or any hormonal birth control.
my friend said to squeeze the black heads but I cant get to them and dont like squeezing in case I spread them.

help me please! ant remedies would be appreciated

Cel, don't squeeze them. you will never get them all and you could scar yourself or spread the dirt under the skin causing deeper pimples. Not sure of a remedy due to the fact that the rest of your skin is so dry. Most blackhead treatments are for oily skin.

I dont mind using it just on my nose, at the moment i use a sensetive skin one, I was using an anti blckhead cleanser but it really didnt do much to get rid of existing ones (I think it was johnson's in a purple tube)

Every now and then I put on one of those blackhead strips. You wet them, put them on, leave them till it dries hard and peel it off. Most of the blackheads come off with it. But in my experience they just come back again in a couple of days

I have tried a lot of the blackhead/pore reducing stuff around, but the best thing i've tried is oil of olay stuff. It's really cleared mine up. I also tried proactiv, which made my skin a lot better, but it was too expensive for me to justify lol.
