Default HELP! loss of symptoms early in pregnancy??

I only found out a few days ago that I'm pregnant (around 5-6 weeks) but was having plenty of symptoms, emotional, sore lower back, mild cramping, exhausted, etc.
Over the last two days every symptom has disappeared except for needing to pee frequently and tender boobs. Should I be worried? I don't even feel pregnant anymore
I'm still waiting for results from my blood test so I don't know what to do..
    Thanks in advance!

I find that my symptoms change day to day. One day I'll be peeing every 5 seconds, the next day I won't but instead I'll have major fatigue. The next day I won't be tired but I'll be constipated. One day I'm eating everything in sight, the next day, even thinking about food makes me feel sick. The only thing that has been constant is the sore boobs, but even with that some days are worse than others.

Thanks ladies you've made me feel so much better I was just worried because I seem to have lost all symptoms. I guess I will just see how I go over the next couple of days. Thanks again

    How did it all go?
It's so tough, I know. I was told I had a miscarriage at 7 wks but actually didn't (ultrasound proved all was fine). My next pregnancy I did have a miscarriage but never had symptoms.
It's hard, but your doc is the best bet. They can hear a Heart beat at 6 wks, so have an ultra sound. They can also see how things are progressing. Blood tests also good.
    Best wishes
