Just break it down to 5kg blocks, it will make it alot easier! You can do it. Don't think about the final result yet, just focus on your first goal 👍👍👍

    I'm in

I am currently 65.8 kilos (as of this morning) and I want to drop another 2-3.

I've lost 2.5 kilos in the last 3 weeks but I'm working more on eating and exercise.

My vague eating plan has been:

2 weetbix with skim milk for breakfast
piece of fruit for morning tea
2 corn thins with hummus, tomato and lite ham for lunch, or green salad with a boiled egg
rice crackers/carrot with hummus dip for afternoon tea
protein and veg for dinner. Some dinners I've made have been skinless chicken breast with steamed veges, quinoa salad, beef stirfry with veges
yoghurt and berries for dessert if I want dessert

I generally eat pretty well and don't drink alcohol or caffeinated drinks. I do have a bit of a juice weakness but I've been having half a glass of watered down juice if I really crave it. I don't eat *that* much sugar, but when I crave it, boy do I want it! I'm trying not to totally deprive myself of my favourites, so I do allow the occasional ginger nut biscuit or 1 square of chocolate.

I'm happy with it so far.

Exercise: gym twice a week (I really hate the gym)
Go for a walk for an hour minimum 5 days a week with the pram or dog (depending on where I am!)

80% of weightloss is diet though

I agree, but I find that if I do regular exercise, I feel better mentally and am more inclined to eat better!

In still trying to get used to the mobile skin argh! I must admit the last two days I have been craving water which is unusual lol so I've been drinking a lot of it and only one coke yesterday and two today. Better than what I would usually drink !!

Well, my official weigh-in for today is 66.0kg. And no exercise today (but i did get a 2 hour sleep which is amazing) and i had a piece of cake. Not a great start!

    But a start nonetheless.

Ok I was doing really well until about 15 minutes ago - I really need to organise an evening sweet before the evening, so it's good to go and I don't grab something like the custard/apple pastry I just scoffed

Brekky was 2 slices burgen, lunch was a rocket salad with beetroot/fetta/pine nuts and dinner a small bowl of pasta with olive oil.

I went for a short walk until the magpies started swooping.

    My weigh in was 61kg.

    Well done to you all!

My week has started well, did 1.5 hour walk yesterday & had a good detox day. Have packed myself a healthy days worth of food for work today and will walk home from work tonight - which is a good 1.5 hour walk too.
I have not weighed in again this week, but once I do I will poist.

I must say though - I am already feeling much better about life in general. Getting in a good headspace is half the battle I think! Hope you are all having a great day!
