    Hey everyone, is it too late for me to join?
    I need to lose around 10kg. I'm at 70 right now, have been since my DS was born two years ago and my pre pregnancy weight was around 58. I've tried to lose before but I never last longer than a few weeks. Breaking it down into 5kg sounds a lot easier
    I LOATHE the gym and I love pasta, bread and chocolate, so this should be interesting!
    Also I'm going on holiday for two and a half weeks on nov 17 so hopefully I don't put on too much while I'm gone!

    Well i did a weigh in yesterday i reached my ulimate goal of 15kg! Im 15.2kg down I now weigh 66.3

    Only a few more to go.... 3-4 kg

    I am not feeling much better & not doing much healthy stuff either... Tired & miserable! I'm sure it will pass soon... (I hope!)

    So happy to hear you have reached your goal though - that is absolutely brilliant! It is a get feeling when you get there, so well done!

    I'm not really craving anything - just feeling so tired & completely nauseous so my normal organisation of preparing meals & packing lunch for work - as well as preparing my exercise for the week etc - has all gone out the window. No motivation to do anything!

    The bad carby foods make me feel better though but I know I can't just eat them.

    Need to get my sh!t together and try to get something worked out & hopefully in a few weeks I will have some energy left and feel motivated to exercise again!

    Normally on Tuesdays I walk 8km home from work. Today I am catching the bus & can't wait to get home & get into bed!
