    Thanks all. Sorry for the late update but we went away on holidays. Grabbed an Ergo carrier from local baby shop on the way to the holiday.

    Anyway its all good and works a treat. Will serve as a good fill-in till the baby is big enough to ride in a backpack carrier on me; and also works well for my wife who finds the backpack carrier too bulky.
