Agree with all other posts re hands and knees and use of water. I didn't know bub was posterior until actually in labour an wish I had the chance to try an turn him. Will be trying to do everything to turn this bub if he looks posterior.
i am not 100% sure but i think you can have posterior labor with anterior birth?
