    Default Prenatal yoga dvd

Hi I was just looking online for a decent prenatal yoga dvd to do during this pregnancy but there are too many to choose from! I'm currently 8 weeks and have never done yoga before. The older ones have more reviews but the newer ones might have better techniques. Its all very confusing. Can anyone recommend me a good prenatal yoga dvd? Thanks

Have a look on yoga download I think it is. They have a variety of free downloads available so you can try them out.
Haven't tried many as I prefer to go to a class and there is a good one close to me.

I liked the Shiva Rea prenatal and postnatal workouts. It's hard to say though as everyone likes different workout DVDs for different reasons. I liked them because they were relaxing without feeling like you were doing nothing. I had a few others but those were my faves.

    Thank you for the replies

Fearless Leader, I did read good reviews on that one and it was the one I was looking at getting. Might just get that one and see how it goes.
