Walk walk walk walk....move around....let gravity help so bubs is sitting on your cervix. The weight from bubs will help move things along. I know you must be tired but you have to keep moving. Make sure you eat and drink to keep up your energy!

    Good luck!

Bounce on a fit ball while surfing the forums? Get a good night's sleep - a glass of wine, or did they give you some sleeping tablets? go you!

Same thing happened to me at 37 weeks. Felt like I peed myself which was weird because it was so hard to pee normally.

They said induce the next day or c-section now. I went for the c-section which was great.

Not sure why they were so keen on getting her out when it was a little bit of water not a gush.

I have heard of a "watch and wait" approach as well?

Yes, I was going to say I think not to have sex when waters have broken because may introduce infection? Or did I imagine that?

Yep no sex, i had broken hind waters for 3 weeks with ds and was told no sex or baths due to introducing infection to bubs. He was born at 32 weeks. Maybe because you are closer to full term they don't like to wait too long but I thought you might at least be given 72 hours to see if you go into labour yourself. Goodluck op
