    Default .night routine 6m old

    Ds is fed bottle to sleep.. makes ot so easy to put him down for the night and he has just started sleeping through!So its confusing at night time should he have solids at 530 then still milk at 630Or milk at 530 solids at 6 bed at 7Or milk and solids at 530 then milk again before bed at 7..So hard!! What do u do?

    Agree. If its not broke don't fix it. Especially when it comes to sleeping lol!
    I give DD her solids at 5.30 then bath, massage, offer a bottle and bed at 6.30. Sometimes she drinks the bottle, sometimes she doesn't need it but she sleeps through til 4.30ish and has a quick bottle the back to sleep til 7ish.

    We started solids closer to 7mths so we were doing boob post nap at 4.30 ish, then dinner at 5.30, bath/boob at 7 and bed at 7.30. We did blw so some dsys she ate heaps and others almost nothing.

    Thanks guysI thought maybe i wasn't supposed to be feeding to sleep anymore but Yeh don't really want to stop if not necessaryTried sticks of food tonight but ds wasn't into it took some bites though which i was suprised but he wasn't getting it fast enough so got angry
