OMG I thought I was normal! But apparently I'm the weird one!

Let me just say at this juncture that my house is NOT full of clutter!

Everything has it's place, and whilst DP is the main motivator for regular de-clutter sessions, he is also the worst hoarder in the house!

Love it!! It's so good de-cluttering. I don't keep anything.

Fun - if you have the right storage! I bought a modular kids table/chair/storage system from Nanny Annie and it's awesome! Best $89 I ever spent! Even the kids love cleaning up when they use it (or maybe that's just because it's still fairly new!)

Torture - I'm really bad at it. I just usually move stuff from one spot to another.

Sheer torture!!!! Now I have to do it not just for me but for my girls too!!! I can picture the finished product in my head but the road seems endless.

I've been very controlled about what I buy for my girls for the last twelve months limiting myself to DVDs, books and drawing stuff!!! Just hoping I can limit myself for Xmas as I like to spoil them!!!

it is not fun for me. Im a bit of a hoarder, I have to get rid of things slowly, gradually. I have to check everything before I throw it out, and I will keep things just for sentimental value. I have been known to just move things about rather than toss it. I am not a serious mess like those poor people on the tv shows, but I do have to be strict with myself so I dont end up like that. I am not looking forward to moving from our house, into a small unit, but I will manage to do it. Marie.

I'm great at it, but trying to get my partner to do it is TORTURE!!!! He is an insane hoarder. When we moved in together I counted his cutlery...he had fourty two knives. FOURTY TWO. Almost as many spoons and forks too. Don't get me started on the chopsticks. He's a mega environmentalist so gets overcome with serious guilt when getting rid of stuff, even though we give it all to Vinnies. This is also the reason he brings home so much junk he finds on the street, he feels terrible leaving it on the side of the road. Ahhhhhhhh.
