Default High quality pregnancy multiple vitamin?

Forget the brand I used with my first pregnancy but it was recommended by a naturopath. Any of you know of good brands?

Elevit and there's a Blackmores pregnancy one as well; both good choices

I'm taking the Swisse pregnancy multivitamin because it only has 5mg of iron. Elevit and Blackmores have a lot more iron, which can make you constipated.
I had a blood test and my iron levels are fine, and I eat plenty of iron, so I don't need the extra. The Swisse one seems great so if you have problems with iron supplements and don't need any extra, it's a good option. It also has the omega 3, and iodine, folate, and all the other stuff you need.

If you're wanting something high quality go for Bioceuticals 'InNatal'. It's practitioner range so just go in to your local Healthy Life or health food store and ask for it. They usually have a naturopath on who can help. You can get it with or without iron also.

Anything you can buy at woolies ect just doesn't stack up and you always want to go for non GMO ect.

I'm on it at the moment on the advice of my Natuopath and I love it. A bonus to taking a top quality sup. like this one is that, since they have higher quantities of ingredients such as b6, I'm finding my morning sickness if quite manageable. B6 is said to ease morning sickness.

InNatal as 50mg in each tab whereas the others only have a few mg's.
