Went to a hotel and upon pulling the quilt down to get into bed DH and i discovered the sheets were stained with blood (not fresh, it had been washed but the stain was quite off-putting) and dirt stains where the feet would be
We got a free night in the hotel and free breakfast out of it though.

I woke a few times to black house spiders crawling into bed with me ( one was on my chest when i flicked the sheets back) and I was so scared of them that I didn't sleep in my bedroom for ages ,then I walked into the room to start making the bed to sleep in there again and picked up my shorts to the ripping sound of cobwebs ,i had a spider in the pocket! Needless to say the room was out of bounds for another couple of weeks till it was fumigated.

Yep, this is mine too, that smell is very unique.

Also not in the bed but in my bedroom - a snake. I thought it was a stick the dog brought in until I was about to step over it and it moved! Didn't know I could move so fast.

Yuck. reminds me of the time we went to stay in a Melbourne City hotel - not cheap either mind you, and there was dry ejaculate on the blanket.
