    Hi all

Heyside-That is so frustrating with your drugs luckily its all worked out, I also have to pay for mine, I think they are included if you do IVF at my clinic. That 21mm follie sounds great and although you have two other over 10 they aren't over 16, If it was me I would trigger and hope only 1 fertilised, but it's totally up to you and your DH.

Ladydee- I'm glad your IUI went well even if DD didn't enjoy the waiting. Here's hoping this cycle is the one!!

AFM- I have had a terrible weekend, I've worked all weekend and we bd on friday night, I triggered sat when I got home from work and had family over for dinner for the evening, while they were still there our furbaby (cat) became paralysed in his back legs we took him to the vet, to cut a long and awful story short we had to put him down. So no bd that night. So I don't know if we will be successful this round, but I'll not give up hope yet. I'm still really teary but being at work has helped keep me preoccupied at least.

Here's hoping the rest of our combined TWW will be better.

I would trigger. I only had the one follie with the one egg so it was a no brainer that I would do an IUI instead of a EPU. I would take the risk and trigger.

Thanks for everyone's view on the issue with my puregon prescription, made me realise that the chemist got away with the issue quite lightly really and maybe I should have not held my dh back and let him go mad with them!!!!!! Luckily I went to pick new prescription up this morning and all was good.

Ok I now need people to give me their view on what you would do in our position, we think we may have decided but would like to know what other people would do. I want for my scan today and I have 3 follies, measuring 21, 15 and 14. My FN rang my dctr to ask his opinion on what to do about triggering, he said that it is very very doubtful that all 3 follies will trigger with there being 2 only just over the line but obviously there is a slight risk that we could fall pregnant with triplets . So we have to decide what to do, I have been given the overdril injection to administer at home if we decide to go ahead so we now need to make up our mind. When we were ttc dd I also had two follies which were both good sizes (I think both over 17) and we went ahead only catching the one. So what would everyone else do?????

rj85 - My clinic is the same, I think drugs are supplied for in IVF cycles, I wonder why we are so different? So sorry to hear that you have had such an upsetting weekend, I can imagine it being very hard to have to deal with that when your cat is like a member of the family to you, big hugs hun . Lets hope the bd you have done catches the egg . Hope you can keep busy through the tww.

Thanks for everyone's view on the to trigger or not to trigger issue. We had practically already decided but nice to hear what others would have done. We went ahead with the trigger last night, so I have now joined you girls in the tww (a step closer). We decided to go ahead as over stimulation is always going to be an issue with me due to my pcos and my fs didn't seem too concerned over the smaller follicles so chances are not high of catching all 3 or all 3 even ovulating. So lots of bd over the next few days for us!

Just thought I would make a quick comment on getting our drugs from chemist. I found most chemists have to order it in. However where I go to Qfg at spring hill the chemist there always has stock on hand as that's where my fs sends everyone if he doesn't have stock on hand.not sure if any of you ladies are in brisbane but thought I would let you know if you ever get stuck. Good luck catching at least one of those eggs heyside

Thanks for that babydalla, will remember that incase I am stuck again, we are further north than Brisbane but I was that stressed out over the weekend would have been happy to drive and know I had it, everyone around here has to have it ordered in (hopefully I won't be needing it again lol

AFM - Feeling really really bloated today, I should have been ovulating this morning so I am sure I am just feeling this way because of that and I suppose because there were 3 follies. Just met up with a friend for coffee and I opened up slightly to her about everything we had to go through ttc dd and kind of gave her a few clues we were ttc again, actually have to say it was lovely to have someone to talk to even if I wasn't completely up front with her about ttc no2 so that felt good.

So last update from me so anyone that comes across this post doesn't wonder what ever happened... I hate that lol anyway i started freaking out the last two days worrying about getting to my scan on Friday so i called my clinic all crazy like and they booked me in earlier for my first scan which was this avo. I've neve Ben so nervous... But there is a lil bub growing and we saw and heard the heartbeat of 120bpm OMG I had tears because it so nice to finally see all that effort finally was all worth it. Heyside- Yay lets hope you catch one of those follies!! Hopefully the bloating is a good sign! It's good to be able to share it with someone in person, even if they haven't been through the journey themselves I have a few very close friends who know and it does make things easier.

Babydalla- That's amazing news, hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well and you aren't feeling to under the weather at the moment.

Ladydee- Hope the tww is going well, I've been wondering about acupuncture?? Obviously not for this cycle but maybe the next if this isn't successful. I don't know of any places here though, but I've read lots of positive reports on forums.

AFM- TWW going ok, I don't fell any different not sure if that's good or bad? I had a 1500 booster today which gave me a bit of a cramping feeling. Quick question are you guys on progesterone support now for the tww or just pregnyl boosters??

babydalla - Congratulations hun, so happy for you, relax and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy now you deserve it after all that you have been through to get there. Great to come on here and read some great news like that.

Ladydee - Hope the acupuncture has helped you to relax in this tww.

rj85 - I am not on any boosters but I am using progesterone pesseries which are just yuck!!!! Definitely worth it though, my fs prescribed it this time for all scenarios no matter what my bloods show. Last time ttc it depended on my bloods so I took them on my first cycle when we were not successful but didn't need them when we conceived dd. I asked the nurse how long I would have to use them for and she said 7 weeks , not looking forward to that, they cost me $74 a packet too!!!!

AFM- Didn't think the tww would stress me out too much this time as I am busy with dd but I am only 2dpo and it's doing my head in lol!!!! I am not even at the point to be imagining symptoms so this could be a long 2 weeks .

6dpo and I don't feel any different also so who knows? Just the metformin or pessaries making me feel nauseous but I felt like this last cycle also. Few tummy pains but I think I'm on the verge of being constipated...lovely I'm just on the progesterone pessaries also. 400 at night, 200 every morning. Hoping to squeeze in another acupuncture session next week but we'll see if I get time. Found out that someone close to me was going to and has now just had a termination which is making me a bit all over the place emotionally but ah well, I'll get over it I guess! Hope u ladies are travelling along ok xx
