    Hey littleone!

Urgh the waiting must be so hard!! Do you think you will test early? I don't know if I'll be able to wait!

I have no idea what my lining is doing. I've been taking oestrogen twice daily since Friday and so hopefully its increased a bit by now. I triggered yesterday at 10am and BD yesterday arvo, this morning and plan to this afternoon and tomorrow night since I'm working all night tonight. It's exhausting but hopefully will be worth it! Then I guess the 2ww begins for me! We are going overseas to Vietnam in 12days for 3 whole weeks so I think I'll test early so I know before I go over there. If it fails then we will be able to enjoy some beers at sunset in Halong Bay, and if it works... It will be water instead! If it works I will just have to be extra careful not to get sick over there though, and I know I'll be just as nervous as hell till I can get back here and have an USS done but Ill have plenty to keep myself occupied!

    Hope everyone is doing well!

    Hi Littleone

Yep still on my 2ww. Half way through now (like you :-) yeay!) have been on holidays last week, so been keeping busy, which has been good distraction. Thinking I'm going to HPT on Wednesday morning, but have my BT on Monday 15th.
Haven't really felt much in the way of symptoms... :O but I keep hoping every night. Hope your doing okay, getting much symptoms??

I've had 2 girlfriends recently (who are going on holidays at the end of the year) who keep saying that they are going to come off the pill & fall pregnant whilst on holidays. They are quite open about their plans in front of all our friends and talk about their babies (neither of them have kids now) etc etc. They don't know what my husband & I are going through, and that we've been trying since our holidays a year ago. So to hear them talk like that is a bit frustrating, because of all the issues we're having to go through. I know they don't know what their saying is insensitive, so I'm not mad or upset, because I know it's not their intention (they are both super lovely girls and would be mortified to know that what they were saying was hurtful). but... It's still testing. I would be happy for them to get pregnant straight away but I think I would be devastated if they were pregnant before us.
Does anyone else have family or friends that are doing this??

    Baby dust to everyone xx

    Default Newby here

    Hi Ladies,
I am new to this and I have been turning to forums for support and feedback for a while, but I have never been a member. I hope you don't mind me joining the thread- and If I am doing this wrong- please let me know!!

I think I am in the same boat as several ladies on here PCOS, trying for over a year and then referred to a specialist.

I am having fertility treatment at Hollywood Fertility Centre with Dr. Julia Barton and it has been fine so far- lovely lady- very caring and a great communicator.

I have just had my clomid and pregnyl injections- my final jab was on Sunday and I am waiting for my blood test on Thursday. I had the first 5 days of clomid- and my blood test came back saying that i was still baseline and they put me on ANOTHER 5 days of Clomid, which seemed to work.

I am going crazy googling symptoms- like a mad person. Every twinge and feeling is thoroughly googled!! All my symptoms could be AF or side effects from the Pregnyl. Does anyone know any clear indicators that there may be a bun in the oven and not just the crazy googler inside my head???

My heart is already in my mouth for Thursday morning's bloodwork. I don't want to hear 'no', It's so tiring. I usually get sore breasts right before AF which makes me think it's been unlucky this time around. Also I have read that pregnyl does that too as the HCG is metabolised at Progesterone in Luteal Phase support... so much info!!

    Hi Ladies!

im in my 2ww now too. Only 4dpo at the moment.

In regards to insensitive people yes I have plenty of those and the worst ones are the ones that know about our struggles. I just stopped discussing it and kept a distance, this has proven to work in terms of their insensitive verbal diahorea. My sister who was trying for 6 months then fell pregnant with her third keeps trying to make out her pregnancy is complicated and everyone should fall to their knees. I gave her the details of her ob she didn't know who he was and now she's telling everyone she found him. I know it's petty but its frustrating and irritating to be around her. She is being completely insensitive to me and she knows it.

Just keep a distance or change the subject when it comes up.

Have a GREAT time away!! Hoorah for ovulation!!

Not sure if I'll test early because last time I still had a little bit of HCG in my system 10 days after a 1500iu injection and therefore false positive.

Am going away for the weekend with family so won't bring my pee sticks along. Perhaps Monday morning

I definately understand how it feels to hear all your friends do it so easily. Jealousy and anger, as well as guilt about the jealousy and anger. It's horribly cruel.

No symptoms for me. Tiny bit of cramping yesterday perhaps but I try not to look into things too much. Shouldn't be feeling anything too much until after implantation anyway.

for your testing- I'll be keeping my eye out next week to hear how you went.

Hi and welcome! You may also find the clomid support thread #12 useful as well. I did 6 doses of clomid (2 doses each month, which sounds like what you're doing now) but have now moved onto my first month of FSH injections.

    Good luck!!

    Hi Fiffola,
I never did clomid. My FS gave me the choice to either go with that or start on FSH injections. I thought that if injections were the step up from clomid, I'd just start there. Glad I did, cause my body is quite stubborn to the drugs.

Littleone: I got a little cramping yesterday too, but that could have been cause I was exercising. Hahaha still going to do the HPT tomorrow morning.

    Hi ladies!

welcome Fiffola. I also never tried Clomid as my FS thought FSH was much better for me to start on straight away given the lower side effect profile and generally better success. Honestly I think just about anything can be interpreted as an early sign of pregnancy if you Google hard enough, and everyone is just so different that you can never predict what your signs are going to be. Most female hormones give similar feelings as well so I guess it will be hard to know what is due to the injections/meds and what is not until you get your BFP. I'm not much help as this is only my first cycle of anything and since I have PCO and was previously on the pill for 14 years, this is likely to be the first time I have even ovulated in about 15years... So it's all new to me! I am eagerly awaiting the results of your BT Thursday and have my for you!

Judybrown, I am so excited for you to test tomorrow! Make sure you let us know how it goes! Just remember to stay positive if it is still negative as you're only about 9dpo right? To you!

i definitely understand both you Littleone, and Judybrown being upset/jealous of others with their baby joy! I just about lost it over the summer with my sister in law when she announced her pregnancy to a guy she had only been with for 3 months. We have a troubled relationship anyway (she is unstable in my opinion), and this felt like a personal attack on me... Even though of course I know it wasn't! Now she behaves the same as yours Mplum, where she acts like the only Person who has ever been pregnant before, and needs to remind us all ever few weeks that she's pregnant, just in case we forgot! I'm in that age group where all my friends are starting to have babies and every pregnancy that is announced just pushes that little button inside me that brings out the little green monster. We are only human I guess!

Well For me DH and I have just finished our run of BDing. 4 times in 3 days! DH even said he doesn't want any more for at least a week... That's definitely a first . We are exhausted but at least now we can look back and know that we have done everything that we could. If this doesn't work then it wasn't our fault... It's all out of our control now. It's kind of comforting for me actually. I guess I am now on my TWW now! Do you guys count 2 weeks from the Ovidrel injection or from ovulation? I have no idea when I actually ovulated cause I didn't have any symptoms other than the odd cramp here and there and massive bloating.

lucky with the trip planning and work I should be son busy that the wait should go quickly.

    keep us updated everyone!
