Good luck rainbow, how exciting!
Rainbow - my fs said that if u r going to get utd via iui it will happen within 3 cycles max... Let's hope for both of us she is right!!!
I'll be honest though, even though I didn't expect a bfp on my first cycle, I found the bfn a lot harder than expected to come to terms with. As a friend reminded me - even with the info from the tracking cycle the first iui cycle is very hit and miss as they are still figuring out how your body reacts to the drugs and what it will do... Remembering that has helped me process it all a bit better.
Let's hope u r luckier than me and get utd 1st time!
Yep that's right waitinghoping. I'm not having any drugs except the trigger, so hopefully it goes smoothly, but honestly, I'm just trying to be happy that finally we're going somewhere!
good luck rainbow :-)
waitingandhoping- I haven't quite decided got docs appointment on Friday so hope to decide by then, gonna have a visit tomorrow but thinking Calvary or north eastern just wanna research obgyn see who's at which hospitals :-)

J: or anyone else that knows???
can taking clomid when your pregnant make you miscarry???
Coz my normal AF is day 1 spotting I could have a liner on all day. Day 2 need a pad but again could keep it all day and day 3 use tampon till arvo then back to pad and day 4 back to spotting.
This cycle I had spotting right up to cd 4 when it was heaver than a normal cd3. This morning has also started off heavy like cd3. FS wants me to take the clomid 50mg cd2-6.
I'm just worried that I may have done something wrong coz I only had AF like this when I M/C at 6weeks. Sorry for the long post girls but I'm just really worried I have done something bad.
Looneylea is this your first cycle on clomid? I'm not sure if taking clomid can cause miscarriage, sorry.
Wishing you every success rainbow, your odds sound excellent and you are taking a sensible approach. Good luck!
Sorry to those of you who had AF arrive. Fingers crossed your BFP is on its way.
Good luck for tomorrow tormy!
Bondgirl - any updates?
Hi maybe baby, well nothing much from me until blood test for hcg tomorrow. The wait is driving me nuts! I keep telling myself it will be negative, can't be so lucky to get BFP two months in a row right? But will still be devastated if it is. At least the crinone cream has my progesterone nice and high. so anxious about it. If i got some implantation bleeding tomorrow like last month id be happy!
The delay with getting utd is really impacting on our travel plans back home to UK next year. Want to book a good deal we've seen on flights for September when bub would be two months old if i get utd this time. But its so risky if i do book then end up not being due until the time of the trip! Gonna wait until tomorrow to see what the result is.
How are you hun?

Waitinghoping - It's funny when kids get an idea in their head, they wont budge. At first DD only wanted a sister because she already has a brother, but then someone at daycare got a new baby brother so she wants both now, LOL.
Rainbow - good luck with everything, I really hope we get to see you with a nice BFP before before Christmas
Sorry for your loss Pigeon but good to see you back with such a great attitude, I hope everything runs smoothly this month, will have everything crossed for you!
I love coming on here to see the support everyone offers each other, it is so easy to be able to talk about it all and not have everyone think you are crazy, lol. I haven't told anyone else we are TTC, after the loss my family took it pretty hard and didn't really know what to say to me and for a long time I just felt awkward around everyone. I don't want to say anything and have them waiting for an announcement and then be watching for things to go wrong again. Luckily my SIL is about 10 weeks along with her first, so they can buzz around her with excitement and hopefully when I get my BFP I can hold off until after the 12 week scan to make sure we are in the all clear.
I still don't know what my cycle is doing... I am brown spotting and no idea if I will O this weekend as I thought I would. I guess all I can do is keep taking my UBER dose of folic acid and keep an eye on things.
Have you done a pregnancy test? If it is positive, your FS will change tack completely, but with all that bleeding I doubt a viable pregnancy is on the cards.
Clomid is not known to cause miscarriages, definitely not!
Step 1: FRER today.
Step 2: Double-check with FS, but it all sounds very standard to me.
Relax, regroup...get more information.
