I have been feeling light headed and feel like my heart is pulsing harder all the time and not to mention tired, not sure if I should get it checked or not!?

Congrats J37 and button on ur BFP! Hopefully the rest of the thread can follow along this month!!
Choccie - All those sound like normal preggo symptoms. Bone tired exhaustion is really common - mainly in early pregnancy. You heart racing is likely due to the increased blood volume - it will get worse throughout your pregnancy as your heart is pumping double the blood! It will be particularly bad when walking up stairs or carrying something heavy etc. Try not to worry and just eat plenty of good foods and stay hydrated

So I know technically I am in the 2ww but although we DTD around the days O should have occurred and I will test if AF doesn't arrive I am still way more anxious about BT Friday and getting the results to see if the Ovidril trigger actually caused me to O. This is the most anxious I have been about the results, at least previously I was always aware of what the next step is if it didn't work. This time I am not quite sure. Its going to be a long 9 days until I get my results I think

Was wondering if someone can help me. I had my first positive OPK this morning since going off the pill at the start of August. DH and I DTD today and I was wondering when we should do it next for the best chance? Tomorrow morning? Or would tomorrow night be ok?? Thanks!

interesting about your lack of symptoms J and button. I think I was the same my last pregnancy didn't really start to feel symptoms till at least 6 weeks.

Sorry to hear about AF waitinghoping

AFM + opk today so should ovulate tomorrow then bring on the TWW don't have any preg tests in the house and don't plan on buying any unless AF is late to save stress.

I've heard that CMV can cause massive problems for newborns and unborn babies, but what are the chances of it getting CMV through the insemination? Or something to that effect!

Not many donors are CMV- as apparently 60-80% of the population have it, so I am worried we won't find a donor who meets our requirements AND i CMV-. But if that needs to be a bigger priority, I'll make it so!
The question is whether the donor has active infection with CMV, or past exposure to CMV. In the first instance, active CMV, I cannot imagine the IUI Clinic allowing that person to be a donor. With past CMV exposure, there will be protective antibodies present, and this is not a problem at all. The blood test for CMV can determine whether the exposure is past or present, and like you said, previous exposure to CMV is very common...and not a problem.
